Terms of service

The rules of the sale, in plain words.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Who you're buying from

You are buying from the trader identified on the legal notice, trading as Lunelle. Those are the details that count in any dispute, and that page is the only place we keep them so they cannot drift out of date.

By placing an order you accept these terms as they read on the day you order. We do not apply later changes retroactively to an order already placed.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract exists when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order — stock, pricing error, or an address we can't ship to — we cancel and refund in full, and we tell you why.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are shopping in. For U.S. customers, prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are the full price of the product — we do not add handling fees, service fees or surcharges of any kind at checkout. Sales tax, where we are required to collect it, is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping to the United States is free, so no shipping charge is added. Promotional prices apply while shown. Obvious pricing errors are not binding on us.

4. Delivery

As described on the shipping page. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and cancellation

Our voluntary 30-day return policy is set out on the returns page. It sits on top of your legal rights, never instead of them.

6. Consumer guarantees

United States. There is no single federal consumer-guarantee law in the United States, so we give you our own promise instead, and we mean it literally: email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full, with no return shipping to pay and no restocking fee. Nothing on this site limits or excludes any right, remedy or protection you have under the consumer protection laws of your state, including any right that cannot be waived by agreement.

7. Using the product

The kit is a hair accessory for personal use. Don't use it on a child unsupervised, and stop using it if it irritates your scalp. Results described on this site are typical outcomes reported by customers, not a promise about your hair.

8. Reviews and content

Everything on this site is ours or licensed to us. If you send us a review or photo you let us publish it; tell us and we'll remove it.

9. Liability

We're liable for what the law says we're liable for. We're not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control.

10. If something goes wrong

Write to lunelle.shop.support@gmail.com first. Almost everything — a late parcel, a damaged kit, a refund that has not landed — is settled in one email, and we would much rather fix it than argue about it.

You can also dispute the charge with your card issuer or with PayPal at any time. If you'd like to report a concern to a regulator, you can contact the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov or the Attorney General of your state. Nothing here requires you to give up that right or to go to arbitration first.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Barcelona, Spain have jurisdiction — except that nothing in these terms limits, excludes or waives any right, remedy or protection available to you under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the U.S. state where you live, and you may always bring a claim in your local courts where the law of your state gives you that right.

12. The rest

If a court finds any clause here unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not mean we have given it up. These terms, plus the shipping, returns, privacy and cookie pages, are the whole agreement between us.
