Every other page points here instead of repeating them, so filling this table once updates the entire shop. Trading without an identifiable owner is what these rules exist to prevent — do not take a live order until this table is complete.

We deliberately publish no phone number: we are a small team and a number nobody answers is worse than no number at all. Email reaches a person, and always gets a reply.
Where the goods come from
Lunelle is an online-only shop. There is no physical store to visit. Orders are packed and dispatched by our fulfilment partner outside Australia, then handed to a local carrier for the final delivery — the plain-language version of that journey, with real timings, is on the shipping page.
Hosting
This shop runs on Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8, Canada, on servers in the United States and the European Union. Content delivery and bot protection are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.
Intellectual property
The Lunelle name, logo, site design, photography and copy belong to the site owner. Reproducing them commercially without written permission isn't allowed. Product photography supplied by manufacturers remains theirs.
Consumer guarantees
United States. We back every kit with a 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full, with no return shipping to pay and no restocking fee. Nothing on this site limits or excludes any right, remedy or protection you have under the consumer protection laws of your state, including any right that cannot be waived by agreement. Our products are designed in Spain and manufactured in China.
Dispute resolution
Write to lunelle.shop.support@gmail.com first — most things are solved in one email, and we would rather fix a problem than win an argument about it.
If that does not settle it, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer or with PayPal, and you can report a concern to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission or to the Attorney General of your state. Using any of them costs you nothing and does not require our agreement.
